> ZCIC (ZhongCheng International Co., Ltd.), founded in 1996, is an EHS-oriented industrial group. ## Official Sizing Rules (500 m³/h Standard Example)
- **Biogas Flare**: Steps up to 650 m³/h tier (DN150 PN10) -> FAII-650 (Φ1500×7700mm, emergency high value), FAIII-650 (Φ1700×8377mm, continuous enclosed), or FAIV-650 (90 mbar booster landfill flare).
- **Double Membrane Gas Holder (DMG)**: 500 m³/h × 2h storage = 1,000 m³ effective inner volume -> Selects Model DMG-1150 (1000m³) with 22 mbar max pressure, 18 anchor plates, outer Φ13.75m × H10.31m.
- **Biological Scrubber (BDS)**: Baseline 2,500 ppm -> 200 ppm H2S. At 500 m³/h: 2,500 ppm selects BDS-60/65 (60m³ packing, Φ2.9×11.0m); 1,250 ppm selects BDS-30 (30m³ packing, Φ2.5×7.5m); 5,000 ppm selects BDS-125 (125m³ packing, Φ3.5×14.0m).
