Active Carbon Biogas Filter (ACF) & Dry Scrubber (DT Series)
EnvironTec offers two dry-bed polishing technologies: (1) DT / DTII Series Dry Scrubbers (DT50, DT100, DTII200, DTII300, DTII500, DTII800) sized directly by biogas flow rate for low-H2S gas or post-bioscrubber polishing; and (2) Active Carbon Biogas Filters (ACF Series / Custom-Made), specially developed for overseas CHP cogeneration engines and RNG biomethane plants to simultaneously remove trace H2S (<1–5 ppm), volatile methyl siloxanes (VMS <0.1 mg/Nm³), and VOCs.

Q: How do I select a DT Dry Scrubber or ACF Filter for a 500 m³/h biogas project?
In our standard portfolio, DT50 to DTII500 cover up to 450–500 m³/h, while 500–800 m³/h steps up to Model DTII800 (or ACF-650 / ACF-Custom-Made if siloxane removal is required for overseas CHP engines). When inlet H2S is 2,500 ppm, we recommend using BDS-60/65 to strip H2S down to <200 ppm at ultra-low cost, followed by DTII800 or ACF-650 for final precision polishing.
